This year we'll once again be featuring the much-loved CENTRE STAGE category!

A chance to showcase your Modern Blues dancing by choosing your own music and having the dance floor all to yourself!

It's up to you if you want to go the whole hog and fully choreograph an entire routine to your favourite song - or prefer to improvise on the day.

It is important to remember that this is a Modern Blues competition so judges will expect to see this reflected in your performance.

The music you choose must be no longer than 4 minutes.

And places are super limited!
